The Schuld / Bushnell equine feed bin is equipped with a unique remedy for a couple of age-old problems: stale feed and running out of feed at the worst possible time. The Schuld / Bushnell equine feed bin remedies both of these issues by utilizing a divider in the bin hopper and two side-by-side gates.

NO MORE STALE FEED!
With a standard bin, unless you completely empty it, old feed remains in the bin...becoming stale as time passes. With the Schuld / Bushnell equine feed bin, you are always using the oldest feed by drawing feed from alternate sides of the bin. With a standard bin you have to completely empty your bin to avoid this problem, but then you are out of feed...a whole new problem.

NEVER RUN OUT OF FEED AGAIN!
With the Schuld / Bushnell equine feed bin you use one slide gate until the feed is exhausted from that side. If you call your feed dealer for a refill at this time you should never run out of feed again because you still have a 20% reserve (about a five to seven day-supply) on the opposite side of the divider.

WHY IS GALVANIZED PLUS BETTER?
The Schuld / Bushnell Galvanized Plus equine feed bin is galvanized steel which is thoroughly prepared for painting with a ten-stage power and brush wash process followed by a “Bondtite” application for paint adhesion. The thoroughly prepared galvanized steel is epoxy prime painted, then a white polyester finish paint is applied. Both applications are individually oven-cured at 450°. The advantage is a lasting appearance with extended life that resists rust years longer than ordinary galvanized bins. Not only that, the Galvanized Plus bin provides cooler storage and fresher feeds.

Schuld / Bushnell equine feed bins are equipped with stainless steel fasteners and feature a one-piece HP (42°) roof and a one-piece 45° or 60° hopper without bolted seams for better feed flow and bin clean-out.
