What is Galvanized Plus?
The Schuld / Bushnell GALVANIZED PLUS bin is galvanized steel which is thoroughly prepared for painting with a ten-stage power and brush wash process followed by a “Bondtite” application for paint adhesion. The thoroughly prepared galvanized steel is epoxy prime painted, then a white polyester finish paint is applied. Both applications are individually oven-cured at 450°. The advantage is a lasting appearance with extended life that resists rust years longer than ordinary galvanized bins. Not only that, the Galvanized Plus bin provides cooler storage and fresher feeds. Schuld / Bushnell GALVANIZED PLUS bins are assembled with stainless steel fasteners and feature a one-piece HP (42°) or LP (11°) roof and a one-piece 45° or 60° hopper without bolted seams.
